Experience in the Real Estate or Hospitality industry is preferred but not necessary.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Possess common knowledge of basic home repairs.
- Contribute to the welcoming atmosphere by assisting with cleaning and bed-making as needed.
- Ensure properties are in top condition for guest arrivals, conducting spot checks on cleaners.
- Conduct inspections and prepare condition and inventory reports.
- Manage holiday properties, including coordination of maintenance, owner and guest and trades communication, and addressing feedback.
- Operation of our website booking system and handling phone booking inquiries.
- Report to senior staff while enjoying the autonomy to work independently.
Additional Requirements:
- Hold or be prepared to obtain a Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
- Hold a NSW driver's license and have your own car.
- Computer Skills: - Essential computer skills are required.
- Presentation and Communication: - Exhibit excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills.
- Experience in Holiday Property Management and prior cleaning experience are advantageous.
- Fitness and Attitude: - Be physically fit with a motivated, can-do attitude.
- Availability: - Must be available to work weekends, particularly during the winter season.
