We are looking to engage an experienced Café Manager for our Port Hedland Café Restaurant "Provedore on Point". This licenced, 60-seater venue is hugely popular with the local community and is known for the best coffee in the Pilbara.
The Benefits:
- Salary starting from $105,000 up to $110,000 base plus super and allowances
- This role is a live in role with a premium 1-bedroom apartment located in the same complex as the café. The apartment features, Fully Furnished, 1 Bedroom, Separate Laundry, 1 Bathroom, Dining and Lounge areas, Premium Fully Stocked Kitchen, Designated Car Park, and Large Alfresco Dining Areas.

The person:
- The Café needs a resident leader to help drive its success and add to its offerings with new and exciting innovations and concepts.
- Significant experience within leadership of popular café style businesses is essential with a proven record of growth and innovation a must.
- Experience within a café retail offering would be favourable addition. The café operates from 5am till 3pm with the intention of peak time evening dinner services being a key innovation with planning for this now underway.
- Oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth workflow, cleanliness, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Train, ad supervise café staff. Foster a positive work environment, and schedule shifts efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the café maintains a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor and manage inventory, place orders, and control costs effectively.
