Make an impact for complex mental health diagnosis and treatment within the community
OrganisationBrightside Recruitment is currently working with a leading mental health not-for-profit organisation that supports vulnerable adolescents and adults all over Australia.
Role
- Lead a positive culture and gain quality supervision from an AHPRA approved supervisor/senior psychologist.
- Clinically diagnose and treat people experiencing complex mental health issues coming from domestic violence, AOD, homelessness, correctional facilities etc.
- Provide support ranging from counselling, therapy service intervention, and service navigation.
- Motivate high performance with reporting managers and teams.
- Conduct evaluation and reporting; contract, regulatory & organisational compliance; resource management; service development; sector leadership and continuous quality improvement.
In order to be selected for this role you will require
- Experience in evidence-based interventions to various groups such as: youths, family, adults, elderly, people struggling with addiction or domestic violence etc.
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
- AHPRA registration
