We are seeking a Psychological Services Manager to undertake a leadership role within our caring and welcoming organisation. This dynamic position will involve leading and mentoring a small team providing occupational rehabilitation services. In addition to this, you will play an integral role in driving the expansion of our corporate and organisational Psychological Services, alongside the development and delivery of various mental health initiatives and training. There is the opportunity for development as we are keen to bespoke the role for the right candidate depending on your interests and experience.
Key points about the role:
- Develop and maintain quality service standards with your team
- Build on our existing suite of Psychological Services (including Psychological First Aid and Positive Psychological Rehab services) for our corporate clients
- Drive evidence-based models of service delivery within our Psychological Services
- Contribute your knowledge and expertise to the leadership team

- Have a strong client focus and ability to build relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A skilled Registered Psychologist with an AHPRA professional membership, capable of providing supervision for registration
- A passion for health and well-being, injury prevention, and assisting people recover or return to work
