Position Overview:
MindPact is seeking experienced and compassionate psychologists to join our team as independent contractors. As a remote psychologist, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients via telehealth platforms, enabling them to access support from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs.
2. Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to clients' goals and preferences and circumstances.
3. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using telehealth technologies.
4. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the treatment process.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting of client sessions and progress notes.
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.
7. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology.
- Current APHRA registration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy services including provisional years.
- Proficiency in conducting telehealth sessions and using virtual therapy platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Experience in Occupational Rehab, EAP and Insurance is strongly desirable
