About the Role

• Compensation: Receive up to 70% billings!
• Flexible Schedule: Begin with three days per week, with the potential to scale up to full-time based on your preference and caseload.
• Autonomy: Enjoy full control over your caseload with the ability to triage clients effectively.
• Diverse Caseload: Focus areas include therapy, counseling, ADHD, and cognitive issues assessments for both children and adults.

• Professional Team: Work alongside a dynamic team of 27 professionals across two locations.
• Supportive Environment: Benefit from the support of three dedicated admin teams with allied health experience.

• Internal Referrals: Most patients come through internal referrals and 99% are on Medicare care plans.

Patient Demographics and Services:

• Patients: Children and adults - ability to choose your desired age demographic to work with
• Assessments Offered: Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Academic Achievement, Behavioral, Intellectual Functioning, Functional Capacity.
• Referral Sources: Private referrals, Mental Health Care Plans (GP), NDIS, WorkCover, EAP work.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: At least one year of experience as a psychologist.
• Skills: Open personality, excellent bedside manner, strong communication skills, and a kind, comforting presence.
• Cultural Fit: Social, supportive, and hardworking individuals who value team bonding and positive culture.
• Credentials: AHPRA Registration
