Due to strong growth within Sydney they are now seeking an experienced and driven State Lead to join their team to help support and drive their growth and development.

Key responsibilities
- Have the desire to help grow and lead a team of clinicians within a multidisciplinary team
- Identify and implement intervention approaches and strategies that are evidence based, holistic, client-centred and outcome driven
- Utilise & provide a range of assessment tools & techniques
- Plan, deliver & evaluate a range of psychology services which build on strengths, needs & priorities & meet quality service standards
- Support clients & other stakeholders to develop & review support plans
- Advocate for clients, their carers and families to enable choice and decision making that supports independence and quality of life.
- Exhibits & shows an understanding of inclusion & cultural sensitives
- NDIS experience and understanding of the fundamental principals & the challenges within the NDIS
- High level of written and communication skills
- Passion for helping people and providing a high standard of care for clients
- Team leader/ management experience
- History of working with working with children
- AHPRA Registered Psychologist
- Drivers licence/ registered vehicle
- Working with Children Check
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
- The ability to develop & deliver therapy based programs & assessments
