About the Role: 

This role offers you the opportunity to join a team striving for meaningful change in the community. We are seeking Psychologists who can work in our Geraldton clinic (either residential or FIFO options available). 

Psychology / Therapeutic Supports: 

This role will see the provision of therapeutic supports to clients aged 3 - 90 (as per your preference in age range).  Our therapeutic team is given the opportunity to tailor their case loads to suit their interests, experiences and strengths. This may include your preference of: assessments, treatment modality, age range or referral stream (Medicare, NDIS, EAP). An opportunity to explore your true therapeutic identity and develop a role that suits you. Provisional Psychologists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers and other therapeutic professionals are encouraged to apply. 

Ideal candidate: 

• The ideal candidate will have experience working collaboratively with stakeholders, families and clients in a client-centred approach. 
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical basis of behaviour and evidence based strategies for therapeutic supports. 
• Show compassion, understanding and kindness in their therapeutic approach. 
• Hold strong research, analytical and report writing skills. 
• Tertiary qualifications in: Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Sciences, Education or similar. Candidates working towards completion of these degrees are encouraged to apply. 
• Will hold either full or provisional registration with AHPRA (or be eligible for  provisional registration). Psychologists with endorsement are encouraged to apply.
