AddressA part-time or casual receptionist position has become available for 2-3 days per week at North West Sydney Dermatology in Rouse Hill. The days and hours can be flexible. The successful applicant will be working alongside 3 other receptionists and a practice manager.
Experience using Genie Medical software is highly regarded.
Our practice is modern and offers unique skin cancer imaging & non-invasive skin cancer treatments. We field referrals from GPs as well as tertiary referrals from other specialists. We also have clinics for skin cancer assessment & skin cancer treatment that do not require referral. These are undertaken by a highly skilled skin cancer physician who is training in skin imaging technology (OCT) at our practice.
The clinic currently consists of 2 dermatologists, a skin cancer physician and 2 registered nurses. General administration duties will include
- answering telephones and arranging appointments
- greeting patients and managing patient flow
- processing payments (private, DVA, Australian Defence Forces, Medicare)
- liaising with nurses and doctors
- Managing correspondence internal & external
- keeping rooms in a general state of tidiness
- facilitating UVB treatments (this is straightforward with self-calibrated UVB software) Training will be provided.

Remuneration and hours are negotiable and will be based on experience.
