Our client, a leading surgeon committed to providing technologically advanced care and is a pioneer of non invasive surgery.
 
An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist/ Personal Assistant to join a fast paced modern practice.  You will provide superior customer service and admin support.
 
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting of patients
• Booking appointments and procedures
• Management of all patient data, correspondence
• Invoicing and receipting of consultations
• Organising theatre lists
• Surgical quotations
• Utilising Genie software 
• Drivers License to travel when required to other locations nearby

To be successful for this position you will have the following skills/attributes:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Professional approach and exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multi task and problem solve in a busy environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
