About the Company:
Join a fast paced venue as a Duty Manager in a beautiful Coolangatta. This company has a diverse range of hospitality venues across Queensland and they are on the hunt for their next experienced Duty Manager to join the team! As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of this establishment and providing guests with unforgettable experiences.
About the Role:
In your role as the Duty Manager, you will be overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff management and customer service. Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Assisting with inventory management, ordering, and stock control. Contributing to the overall success and growth of this venue. You must have previous experience as a Duty Manager in a Pub environment and have the ability to work across all facets of the business.
Your Skills and Experience:
- RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Effective problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise and find solutions
- Previous experience in a pub environment with gaming experience
