Main responsibilities include:

• Manage an ongoing portfolio of Personal Injury claims, prioritizing resolution and stakeholder interests.
• Implement a customer-focused method, giving priority to early action and the concerns of all stakeholders.
• Assessing liability and damages, and settling claims within authorized limits promptly and efficiently.
• Stay informed about legal changes affecting Personal Injury claims.

The ideal candidate:

• Ideally 2 years legal experience, post qualification. 
• Experience within Personal Injury law, an advantage. 
• Strong experience in end-to-end claims management an advantage, but not required. 
• Proficiency in handling claims independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
