Your New Role
Representing employers and injured workers in workers' compensation claims and defence of PIPA claims, Your new role will see you acting for both employers and employees on a range of personal injury matters. You will represent injured workers in Workers' compensation claims and defence of PIPA claims in pre-court proceedings and in court proceedings.

- 3+ years PAE with experience in Personal Injuries litigation;
- Excellent communication, technical skills and attention to detail;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and sound drafting skills;
- Sound understanding of relevant court processes and procedures;
- Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines;
- Advanced interpersonal skills; and
- An collaborative, active and positive team member.
