Personal Injury Lawyer
We have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic Lawyer to work in our thriving Gold Coast office conducting all manner of Personal Injury claims. The role will enable you the opportunity to use your existing skills and develop your expertise and skill set by assisting the team to pursue a variety of Personal Injury claims under the supervision of an experienced Partner & Associate.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years post admission practice in two or more of the following areas of law:
- Public Liability;
- Workers Compensation;
- Motor Vehicle claims;
- TPD, income protection and life insurance claims.
To be considered for the position must have:
- A current Queensland Practicing Certificate;
- Exceptional file documentation, drafting and management skill set;
- Excellent organisational, attention to detail and time management skills;
- Database and other relevant legal research ability;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Self motivated, self starter who thrives in a high volume work environment;
- Technically competent with the ability to build on and perform in the role consistently;
- Confident interpersonal skills when dealing with all manner of clients, third parties and our team;
- Self-motivation and initiative.
