All Interactive Distribution has an opportunity for a Purchasing Admin Assistant to join a rapidly growing, fast-paced organisation that prides itself on being at the forefront of technology and innovation.
Primarily within our state-of-the-art, custom-built, web-based purchasing software platforms, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced buyers, supporting them with day-to-day admin duties while over time learning and being mentored to work in a more senior capacity in the future.
Take ownership and play a vital role in maintaining, improving, and implementing positive changes to our purchasing procedures and website data integrity.
Example duties include:
- Working within the studio’s individual order portals.
- Creating new products and populating them with a high standard of data content and information.
- Maintaining tracking spreadsheets across the Purchasing and Accounting Departments.
- Chasing up Purchase Order ETAs and updating the system and national sales teams.
- Liaising with our design studio on artwork for slicks and marketing assets.
- Maintaining price files.
- Working with lead buyers putting together forecast documents.
- Chasing up suppliers
- Resolving short shipments and price variations.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and administrative skills.
- High level of communication skills, both oral and written, including report writing.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and disciplined.
- Ability to work within a team to create a fun, positive culture.
Experience in a similar role is highly regarded, but entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
