All Interactive Distribution has an opportunity for a Purchasing Admin Assistant to join a rapidly growing, fast-paced organisation that prides itself on being at the forefront of technology and innovation. 

Primarily within our state-of-the-art, custom-built, web-based purchasing software platforms, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside  experienced buyers, supporting them with day-to-day admin duties while over time learning and being mentored to work in a more senior capacity in the future. 

Take ownership and play a vital role in maintaining, improving, and implementing positive changes to our purchasing procedures and website data integrity. 

Example duties include:

• Working within the studio’s individual order portals.
• Creating new products and populating them with a high standard of data content and information.
• Maintaining tracking spreadsheets across the Purchasing and Accounting Departments. 
• Chasing up Purchase Order ETAs and updating the system and national sales teams.
• Liaising with our design studio on artwork for slicks and marketing assets.
• Maintaining price files.
• Working with lead buyers putting together forecast documents.
• Chasing up suppliers
• Resolving short shipments and price variations.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and administrative skills.
• High level of communication skills, both oral and written, including report writing.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and disciplined.
• Ability to work within a team to create a fun, positive culture.

Experience in a similar role is highly regarded, but entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
