This important role is driving the coordination of inbound and outgoing stock, working in the warehouse arranging parts and working closely with technicians, shipping companies and in-house teams.

Day To Day:

• Ordering and receiving delivering across AUS and Overseas
• Organising shipments and transport, arranging and working with transport companies
• Being the point of contact for clients regarding orders and updates
• Stocktake and transferring of stock – reporting via Excel
• Updating and maintaining the Database and catalogues as new parts come in
• Working in the warehouse – were waiting someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty when needed
• Reporting and working with management and continuous improvement

What we are looking for:

• A Forklift Licence is an advantage but not essential, someone who is happy to get their hands dirty helping out
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Experience within Purchasing and logistics is essential
• Experience with reporting and Excel skills being able to calculate and sum up figures
• A team player but able to work on their own
• Someone who is wanting to learn, grow and succeed in their role
