• Excellent organisational skills Excellent negotiation/purchasing skills Reckon experience desirable Able to assist with moderate lifting Comfortable working to timelines Discrete Works effectively and respectfully with volunteers and staff Computer and Project Management software

Tasks & responsibilities

• Collate purchasing/hiring needs for an extensive range of goods - Bulk consumables, white goods, vehicles, buildings, marquees Identify stock already on-site Evaluate cost vs hire Negotiate with suppliers. Set up Delivery Centre Receive & dispatch stock Check invoices Enter orders to Reckon
