AddressPresented is an exceptional opportunity to join the Supply Chain Team of this global manufacturer in a lead purchasing role. Our client is a high-profile manufacturer with extensive experience supplying products for major projects in Infrastructure, Construction, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas and the Energy Supply Industry.
As an integral member of the Supply Chain Team your key objective is to lead and coordinate the sourcing and purchasing of direct and indirect categories and interface between Group and local purchasing interests, whilst taking charge of implementing the work groups’ strategy for the region. You will also play an important role in developing strong relationships internally and with local and overseas suppliers.
Ideally you have experience in a role of similar scale and scope with industry leaders in industrial products, consumer goods or similar industries. It is expected you will hold relevant tertiary and post-graduate qualifications; CIPS accreditation will be highly regarded. Additionally, high level SAP/Ariba experience is required along with exceptional administrative and organisational skills.
