Purchasing Officer you will responsible to ensure that Purchase Orders are raised, approved, and modified in a complete, accurate and timely manner.We want you to be part of our journey, so pull up a chair, and find out what it means to work in our Planning/Purchasing team.We are looking for a
Purchasing Officer to join our team!
What you'll be doing- Manage orders on behalf of suppliers until the suppliers are trained.
- Become the champion of Colladium, our B2B portal to manage orders, and onboard new suppliers into the system.
- Be a triage point for any supplier related inquiries.
- Provide training to new suppliers on how to maintain our orders in Colladium.
- Ensure supplier KPIs are met.
- Create dispatch advice.
- Review loading plans to ensure they fill container.
- Review and approve invoices for payment.
- Review reports from warehouse team, communicating negative variances to supplier.
- Review and approve shipping marks.
- Manage shipping arrangements to ensure suppliers have made booking with FFs at least three weeks prior to planned shipping date and resolve booking issues collaborating with the Shipping Team.
- Manage cancellations.
Who you are- Must be fluent in Vietnamese or Chinese/mandarin.
- Strong understanding of Purchasing principles and processes
- Analytical and could solve purchasing and inventory related problems
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible
- Highly organized
- Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
