Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing processes, including obtaining and comparing supplier quotes and sourcing alternative suppliers when necessary.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and updating internal processes.
- Execute EH&S tasks to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Contribute to quality assurance tasks to uphold our high standards of service.
- Mechanically minded with a solid understanding of workshop environments.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
- Experience in purchasing roles, and comfortable speaking with suppliers.
- A team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues to achieve collective goals.
- Organised and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- $75K - $80K Salary +Superannuation
- Mon - Thurs 7am - 3:30pm Fri 7am-1:30pm
- Fulltime Opportunity available after 3-6 months
