Your Career Opportunity:
As a Procurement and Purchasing Officer within our Contracts team, you'll work closely with the Projects team. This role is integral to our Project Management pathway, aimed at providing greater scope for progression and advancing on-the-job learning opportunities. We give you the support, set goals, and define clear expectations to ensure that you play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts.
- Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Monitor and manage procurement budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Your Experience:
- Experience within negotiation, procurement and purchasing.
- High level of organizational skills and professional approach.
- Ability to work both as part of an existing great team and independently.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to follow up and get results.
