This role will include but not limited to:
Daily routine production verifications helping maintain current HACCP and SQF V8 requirements (Process and packing traceability check, Cleaning traceability check, CCP/CP/QCP check, management of the retention samples, product assessment, batch review, environmental swabs, instrument calibration, update foreign material register etc.).
Identify non-conformances and improvement opportunities related to production to the QA coordinator.
Investigate incidents and following up on corrective actions implementation.
Support the chemical and microbiological testing program.
Support the Allergen Management Program within the site.
Support the GMP internal audit program by following up on corrective actions.
Daily delivery checks (raw materials inspections, CofA verification, retention samples, manage deliveries non-conformances etc.)
Support QA coordinator implementing quality and food safety standard procedures by means of training.
Support in trending activities.
Support in maintaining quality documentation.
Support in external audit preparation.
Other duties as changes are required
Support new Product Development
Develop new procedures, methods and work instructions related to NPD
