About the Opportunity
Australian Agribusiness is currently seeking a permanent full time QA Officer to join the team at our Narangba Site. Reporting to the QA Coordinator, the primary purpose of this role is to assist in driving the ongoing quality aspects that support operations and progress the betterment of manufacturing processes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Writing procedures and work instructions to support Aus-Ag’s QMS
- Reviewing and updating manufacturing and packing instructions
- Creating manufacturing documentation for new products
- Administration of quality data in our ERP system
- Management of our document management system
- Collation and review of quality compliance data
- Assisting in generation and maintenance of BOMs in our ERP system.
- Assisting with driving and developing manufacturing Operating Procedures (SOP) across the Accensi sites to promote safe work practices
- Assisting in ensuring the proper disposal of chemical waste and hazardous goods in accordance with company procedure
About You
- Tertiary qualified - Diploma of Science (or currently studying)
- 1-2 years previous experience in an Admin role or strong demonstration of the use and knowledge of computer systems and programs.
- Previous experience in a lab environment is advantageous
- Basic understanding of document management systems or ability to rapidly acquire
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact positively with all levels of the workforce, operational staff and management.
- Strong ability to interpret information and derive clear and concise detail in the form of instructions and processes
