About the Role: As a QA/QC Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the application of the Quality Management System across all sites and ongoing projects. Reporting to senior management, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior management to ensure quality compliance at the heart of operations.
- Monitoring and reporting on systems and quality compliance, encompassing prestart checks, ITP inspections, equipment calibration, and project standards.
- Investigating non-compliance, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring verification in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment.
- Proactively fostering an environment that encourages continuous improvement in quality and manufacturing safety standards.
- Adhering to relevant legislation and group policies, principles, and procedures.
About You: We are seeking candidates who possess:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in manufacturing, civil construction, or building discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Good working knowledge of ISO quality systems.
- Experience in working autonomously in an unsupervised environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for teamwork to achieve our commercial and ethical goals and deliver profitable outcomes.
