Are you ready to take on a leadership role in ensuring the smooth operations of dynamic leisure facilities?
We are seeking casual Facility Duty Officers to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aquatic facilities at Cannington and Riverton Leisureplexes. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high professional standards, this role is perfect for you!
A snapshot of your new role:
- Supervision of rostered Leisureplex staff while on shift
- Facilities maintenance, ensuring safe, clean and healthy aquatic facilities
- Lead by example in Health, Safety and Wellbeing matters
- Providing a great customer experience to patrons
- Consistent monitoring of facility operating systems, including pool plant, filtration and heating systems
How you will thrive in this role:
- Experience supervising staff in an aquatics or recreation centre environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of pool plant operations
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve, including handling emergency situations
- Exceptional communication skills and able to interact confidently with a range of stakeholders
- Current Pool Lifeguard, Group 1 Pool Operator and Provide First Aid Certificates
- LIWA Accreditation and SCBA Certificate highly regarded
