About the Role
My client is one of the largest and most respected real estate firms in Australia. They have an exciting opportunity in their corporate team for a Business Consultant in their Property Management division. The role would see you acting in an advisory capacity to support the growth of Property Managers across the region and assist them in achieving their strategic business objectives. This is the perfect opportunity for any Team or Department Leads/Managers looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver Property Management training programs across the network
- Increase participation in and engagement with online training and state conferences
- Assist with the development of training resources aligned to the wider business strategy
- Collaborate with business leaders and property managers to implement changes to drive business outcomes
- Assess the current levels of capability and development opportunities and implement plans to support this
- Provide mentorship to an agency principal to assist with professional growth and development
- Identify and manage “at-risk” clients
- Provide resources for navigating changes to legislation and insights to stay ahead of market trends

About You
You are a commercially astute real estate professional whose passion and expertise lies within Property Management. You have a proven track record of optimizing operations, uplifting capabilities and driving growth as well as a keen understanding of Property Management principles and unique market insights.
You will have:
- 5+ years' experience in Property Management
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Prior experience facilitating both virtual and in-person training
- The ability to design and implement tailored development plans and business strategies
- Strong customer service experience and the ability to build rapport quickly and easily
- A methodical, detailed and process-oriented approach to optimising current ways of working
- Outstanding professional communication skills and the ability to navigate challenging conversations
- Have a strong performance-oriented worth ethic, and the ability to work autonomously
