About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
• Think critically, make justifiable decisions and act upon them yourself, as well as leading your team as a case director through all stages of an investigation. This includes your ability to objectively question, analyse, interpret, and evaluate what you read, hear and collect as evidence to deliver high quality outcomes.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead high quality investigations, using contemporary investigative techniques and technologies, in a timely way, particularly in the context of corruption, and misconduct.
• Effectively build a productive and accountable team with a good culture from people of diverse disciplines, levels, experience, capability and thinking.
• Use your written and oral communications skills to synthesise evidence and information to influentially deliver clear, concise and accurate direction, guidance, insights, conclusions and recommendations, that are justifiable, and evidence based, to your team, peers and senior executives.
• Demonstrate the ability to rapidly acquire and share knowledge of legislation, policies and procedures.
