Qualified Chefs, Sous Chef & Head Chef

The Gold Coast's most iconic restaurant Georges Paragon has an exciting new opening for a creative, experienced and highly motivated Qualified Chefs, Sous Chef and a Head Chef to showcase their culinary skills and lead our team. 

Qualified Chefs:

• Relevant supporting certificates for qualifications.
• Experience in cooking across a variety of front line departments.
   

Sous & Head Chef responsibilies:

• Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring quality and consistency in every aspect of our kitchens.
• A passion for food is a MUST
• Train and develop the cooking techniques of our chefs 
• Manage kitchen operations including orders and rosters.
• Assure compliance to health and safety standards

Requirements for Sous/ Head Chef

• 5+ years experience as an Head Chef or Sous Chef
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a high pressure environment.
• No working restrictions in Australia and MUST already be residing locally (no relocation applicants please)
• Full Australian Drivers License
