Qualified/Apprentice Baker - Bakers Delight

We are seeking the newest member to join our team of passionate Bakers at Bakers Delight.  We have a delightful opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic baker who wants to bring delight to all of our customers by making quality bread and other delicious products. As a Qualified Baker at Bakers Delight, you will be responsible for

• Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients
  kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough
• Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
• Glazing buns, and decorating sweet products with cream and icing
• Operating machines which roll and mould dough
• Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment
• Assisting with stock control and production expenses
• Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistants
• Providing delightful customer service when required

As a passionate baker, you will need to 

• Have completed qualification in Certificate III in Retail Baking
• Be a team player
• Be used to starting work early
• Be comfortable working in a busy production environment 
• Take pride in producing high quality products
• Love seeing customers enjoy their products
