The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, this position is ideal for a switched on and hard working Accounts Officer/Clerk looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
- Bank reconciliations
- Trust accounting
- Processing cheques, EFT payments & receipting
- Corporate credit card transactions
- Petty Cash transactions & reconciliations
- Account Payable
- Payroll & superannuation
- Assist in the preparation of end of month reports
- 2+ years' experience as an Accounts Officer with another law or professional firm
- Experience with Aderant, LEAP, and Xero desirable
- Sound skills in Microsoft Office Suite & Excel
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
