EXPERIENCED FULL TIME - Administration Assistant/Receptionist/Accounts Payable
Our company is seeking a full time motivated, professional, and organised individual to join our Administration team.
Successful applicants will demonstrate High Level Competency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel with experience in Accounts Payable.
You will be front of house, welcoming all incoming visitors, managing emails and telephone communications, compiling accounts payable orders with invoices and reconciling for end of month, ordering of production and office supplies, other administration tasks as required, including but not limited to, filing, scanning and photocopying.
Working autonomously and as part of our team, the candidate must possess a solid level of experience, organisation, communication, time management and attention to detail.
