ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Quality Administration Assistant to join our Quality Team within Clinical Governance in Head Office Perth, WA on a part time basis, working 3 days per week. This position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic team focused on quality assurance.
DUTIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Responding to internal and external client general queries
- Acknowledge and respond to basic complaints and privacy matters
- Assist with maintaining processes and procedures for document control
- Ensure documents are compliant with brand guidelines and naming conventions
- Provide administration support for audits into accreditation and certification compliance
The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills together with the following:
- An eye for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients
- Well-developed level of organisational ability to manage multiple small projects on a daily basis.
- High integrity with professional presentation and manner at all times
- Sound knowledge and understanding of health industry / medical clinic function
- Demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to strict project timeframes.
- High degree of computer literacy, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
