PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The role is responsible for ensuring the consistent application, development, and periodic maintenance of approved materials, staff, policies, forms, and quality management system tools.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support and contribute to ensuring the processes and relevant resources are in line with the applicable VET quality framework standards and State operating guidelines.
- Develop, manage and monitor the relevant compliance artefacts to ensure they are current with all relevant regulatory, industry and or contractual requirements.
- Develop and maintain an overall risk management framework focused on the provision of compliance across L&D.
- Conduct and or distribute business-wide communications relating to compliance, quality, standards, changes and continuous improvement initiatives or opportunities.
- Collect, review, analyse and report on statistical information, including but not limited to student, trainer, employee feedback and any relevant data.
- Undertake the following activities to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory standards:
- Annual internal audits as defined by relevant internal policies.
- Annual course reviews.
- Assessment validation; and
- Marketing reviews (website and social media).
- Update and manage the continuous improvement register and ensure all changes are properly documented, implemented and validated, including providing the effective communication of changes across staff impacted.
- Demonstrated experience working in a compliance, quality assurance environment.
- Knowledge and understanding in the application of state funding contracts (Smart and Skilled), including the monitoring, reporting, and management processes applicable.
- Experience in using a student management system (Job Ready or similar).
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of corporate computing systems and applications in creating documents, marketing materials, editing and publishing.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or relevant equivalent experience.
