The Fees, Admissions and Scholarships unit is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our vibrant team, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring UOW's compliance with the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) legislation. From conducting Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) checks to utilizing systems such as the Student Management Package (SMP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and International Student Management System (PRISMS), you'll be at the forefront of maintaining accurate student records, case management, and analysing student reports to facilitate seamless student experiences.
Your role won't just be administrative; it'll be transformative. You'll be a vital link in the student lifecycle by connecting with students, faculty members, and other divisions to ensure a holistic approach to student support. Together, we'll create an environment where every student can thrive, from admission to graduation and beyond. Immerse yourself in a realm where you'll be instrumental in pioneering innovative student administration procedures, guided by both the National Code and UOW policy, all in support of our university's dedication to its diverse student population.
