Toosey Aged and Community Care is seeking to fill a new position within their compliance team to take the lead as theQuality and Education Manager. Previous clinical management experience and a nursing background is preferred, but not essential.
This role will be responsible for assessing, advising and implementing changes to the following areas.
- Training and Development.
- Audit Management.
- Quality Assessments.
- Regulatory compliance – Aged Care Quality standards & National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards & Quality Improvement.

The health, wellbeing and comfort of the residents and others in the community that the 120 staff care for are at the centre of this organisation and your role will be to ensure continuous improvement and quality of the delivery of services in an ever changing highly regulated industry. Don’t worry about regulating these changes, the teams welcome the improvement and streamlining of procedures and their managers will be the ones monitoring compliance. We need your skills to assess, advise and provide recommendations that ensure the 8 Aged Care Quality Standards are being met or exceeded. This position will be part of the Executive Management Team and will be a Key Personnel for the organisation.
