Quality Assurance And Improvement Manager

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager to support our Transurban contract working on Citylink and West Gate Tunnel projects. Based in Southbank. The successful applicant will support effective risk management through the stringent application of quality-controlled processes, procedures and confirmation of adherence through scheduled auditing.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply best practice Asset Management principles to realise the maximum value from the customer's assets
• Responsibility for the end of month reporting and commentary
• Monitor quality performance and strive for continued improvement in quality outcomes
• Ensure Zero Harm requirements are a consistent consideration in all business decisions
• Ensuring the implementation and adherence to the Contract Management Plans and all requisite subordinate management plans

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience in a Quality Assurance role. Civil experience will be well regarded but not essential
• Demonstrated experience in developing project quality documentation and adherence to ISO 9001 principles
• A proactive approach to change management with the capacity to lead inclusively, develop and inspire teams
• Demonstrated knowledge in commercial, operations and audit experience
