Reporting to the HSEQ Strategy, Sustainability & Systems Manager, this position will be responsible for managing the quality standards for MTR and our Subcontractors on the SMCSW project. This includes handling non-conformances, managing punch lists and work lots, conducting audits, and serving as the main liaison for independent certifiers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Engineering qualification or equivalent
- Experience in implementing, maintaining and improving Quality Management Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- The ability to work to deadlines and targets and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience in building stakeholder relationships and ability to work effectively with others
