We are currently looking someone with a passion for Quality Assurance, to work across our Infrastructure projects. We are looking for someone with a great technical skill set but equally strong client management, also someone who we could mentor to become an industry leader.
Job Description

We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, from planning the future development across Infrastructure projects to site-based construction of individual projects, while helping the largest companies in the world. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.
In a Quality Assurance role, you will have knowledge in:
- Produce audit schedules to cover all project requirements and conduct audits
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
- Ensuring procedures are properly understood and implemented
- Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documented procedures
- Identifying with management relevant quality-related training needs
- Collating and analysing quality performance data and charts against defined parameters
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation
- Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
- Producing management systems / functional discipline reports
- Sound technical knowledge of Infrastructure Projects (power, aviation, water utilities is preferred)
- Qualifications in Quality Management Systems implementation with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Lead Auditor capability
- Understanding and appreciation of Process Management
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Written skills
- Industry specific technical understandin
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skillset
- Advanced Microsoft skills are essential
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report writing skills
- Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast paced environment
