Reporting through to the Chief Operating Officers & Regional General Managers, the Quality Business Partner will be responsible for coaching and providing support to leaders to increase quality outcomes. You will implement functional management systems to manage quality and risk, as well as driving positive culture around quality. Your role will include:
- Building and maintaining strong Business Partnerships with key stakeholders;
- Managing decision making around risk and quality management;
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to deliver on quality improvement activities and initiatives;
- Coach, mentor and advise leaders and employees on quality and risk management processes and procedures;
- Ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements at all times including biosecurity standards;
- Supporting multiple sites in meeting quality and risk standards; and
- Advocate as a high profile safety leader, driving a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.
To be successful in the role, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. You will be a natural leader with skills in implementing and advocating for procedures and processes. The successful candidates will posses:
- A tertiary qualification in science, safety/environmental, food technology, nutrition or related fields – or equivalent experience;
- Extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, or food technology; and
- Experience in partnering with business stakeholders, leading and mentoring or advising.
