Qualifications & experience
- Experience as a fully qualified Automotive Technician will be advantageous
- Technical knowledge and an understanding of dealership processes
- Display an exceptional quality of workmanship, reliability and efficiency
- Attention to detail and a focus on overseeing and maintaining high standards of quality
- Good computer skills
- A positive “can do” attitude and good presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must have a full manual driver’s license
- Maintain a high level of integrity & professionalism
Tasks & responsibilities
- Road-test and conduct a Quality Control on completed jobs
- Recording relevant trends used to improve Quality Control measures
- Maintaining effective channels of communication at all times in a way which is complimentary to the business
- Keeping technicians accountable for quality of work
- Ensure all warranty procedures have been adhered to
- Abiding by OH&S policies and procedures at all times
- Assist checking and receiving customer vehicle arrivals
