The Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing or Equivalent is essential, current AHPRA is essential
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (preferred, but not essential)
- Quality & Continuous Improvement experience in aged care
- Working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Accreditation Standards
