SalaryQuality Engineering Lead with MD365 experience -MELBOURNE
Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate Quality Engineering efforts, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Conduct functional manual testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Immerse in MD365 FinOps domain to gain a deep understanding of product functionalities and business processes.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on testing best practices, automation techniques, and tools.
- Participate in product management, warehouse, facility, process, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger testing activities within the MD365 FinOps framework.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance the overall Quality Engineering capability within the organisation.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineering Lead or similar role, with a focus on automation testing.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Selenium WebDriver.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber preferable
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with MD365 FinOps or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
