The Role
While experience in the industry and/or an office environment is beneficial, this is an entry level role and we value a great attitude, work ethic, reliability and honesty more. Ambitious, high performing applicants will be given more responsibilities and opportunities if desired.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Assisting with NGU training and event planning
- Filing
- Monitoring and purchasing office supplies
- Greeting stakeholders
- General administration
- Email management
- Assist with Social media
