Overview:
Full-time, Continuing position
Salary Level HEW 6 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University
About You
As the Quality Enhancement Officer, you will provide support for a range of quality and compliance processes including data analysis, continuous improvement initiatives and program reviews. You will work collaboratively and proactively with key stakeholders including program managers, professional, academic, and teaching staff and the College Quality team to develop, implement and refine quality assurance practices across programs and schools so these are managed in timely and efficient manner.
To be successful in this position, you will have as a minimum:
Proven experience in providing high level team and individual staff member support in a complex organisation.
Demonstrated ability to draft correspondence to a high standard to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience and demonstrated initiative in an environment with changing deadlines and priorities with a high level of attention to detail.
Demonstrated computer literacy including word processing, presentation software, email, internet and electronic document management databases and the ability to adapt to changing software, digital technology and service delivery requirements.
Proven ability to coordinate short-term projects.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships including demonstrable negotiation, liaison and communication skills.
