The Bread Social is seeking a talented Café Manager to manage our new location, lead our team, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations of the café, including staff management and customer service
Ensuring high standards of quality in food and beverage preparation
Implementing effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
Creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development
Requirements:
Experience in café or hospitality management, with a focus on specialty coffee
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and appreciation for quality coffee
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing budgets
