Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for setting up CMM
Cleaning equipment/following ISO procedures
Maintain a safe environment
Meeting quality requirements
Works independently with ability to communicate to personnel of part run progress.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Has an understanding of reading technical data
Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using measurement instruments: calipers/micrometers
Work independently to set up CMM machines thru aligning and securing holding fixtures, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines
Inspect parts to customer specifications
Experience with 3D data sets
Knowledge of 3D inspection software preferred.
