Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.Job DescriptionAcciona has partnered with Georgiou to deliver the Hope Island Train Station, a greenfield project that is part of the CRR network.As Quality Manager. reporting to the Construction Manager and liaising with the Project Directo, this critical role will see you responsible for managing and overseeing all aspect of civil, structural, and electrical works on this project.Key accountabilities for the position will be:

• Manage the quality management plans and systems across the project ensuring traceability from production to commissioning.
• Perform regular formal internal and external reporting and auditing on quality systems and processes.
• Ensure the management and security of all soft and hard copy documents for the project.
• Liaise with all key internal and external stakeholders to ensure process consistency across all levels.
• Provide advice where required on formal responses pertaining to NCR's and other defective items.
• Manage the as-built process ensuring all project records related to construction work are up to date and compliant

Required Skills and CompetenciesAbout you:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role (ideally within civil infrastructure)
• Excellent understanding of quality management system tools
• Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of document management systems.
• Well-developed communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Proven in the development, coaching, and mentoring of staff and sub-contractors.
