The purpose of this role is to to ensure all areas of Freedom's Quality Management are proactively managed and coordinated to ensure products conform to mandatory quality standards, business expectations and customer requirements.
What you'll be doing
  • Improving product quality to drive reduce warranty and returns claims.
  • Work with Store teams to better control store claim and recoveries from suppliers.
  • Work with Merchandise Team, Agents, Sourcing Office and vendors to ensure new products meet Freedom and mandatory product standards. This includes product testing, packaging, assembly, finishing, legalities and functionality.
  • Respond pro-actively to all store and supplier issues and inquiries. As well as other areas to reduce quality issues
such as product training, store communications etc. * Work with relevant teams to liaise with key stakeholders such as customer service, stores and product safety committee to improve product safety.
  • Ensure product returns are comminicated and maintained correctly in the warehouse management systems.
Who you are
  • Prior experience in quality management, manufacturing and/or compliance(consumer product experience is an advantage).
  • +3 years of retail experience.
  • Strong understanding of implementation and implications of Risk Management principles.
  • Engaging communication that is regular, clear and consistent.
  • Understands, anticipates and provides solutions to meet the needs of customers.
