Job description

As a result of our significant growth and 90% of FY23 work-in-hand is already secured, Georgiou is seeking a Project Quality Manager to be a part of our ongoing success in NSW by leading and implementing the Project Quality Management System on significant civil infrastructure projects to meet Georgiou, client, accreditation & legal requirements.

Reporting to the State Quality Manager, you will be trusted to:

Leading the preparation and review process of quality system’s information and documentation relating to prequalification’s, expressions of interests and tenders
Provide leadership within the project to collaboratively foster a culture of system compliance and high performance by identifying quality system improvements, developing quality training materials and document control system
Provide on-site quality support, and advice to the Project teams, including Project Lot Register, Drawing Register, Non-Conformances investigation, conducting toolbox talks and participating in internal/external audits
Overseeing the reporting process compliance and relevant communication to establish and maintain effective and timely working relationships with internal/external clients

What you’re good at:
Aside from having significant experience in a senior and/or management quality role in the delivery of RMS/TfNSW major civil construction projects, you are a dynamic and confident communicator who can easily draw examples to demonstrate your high level interpersonal and change management skills

To thrive in this position and our projects, you should have thorough Knowledge of AS/NZS 4801, ISO 9001, 14001 and TfNSW/RMS specifications.

Your application will be prioritised if you have (not mandatory):

Extensive road infrastructure projects experience from a Tier1/2 environment
Tertiary qualifications in engineering or equivalent fields
