AddressMG Engineering is offering the opportunity for a Quality Manager to be part of an organisation which supports Australian Defence capabilities, as well as the mining and maritime industries.

About the role:
- Based at Port Adelaide
- Full-term permanent position
- Hands-on role split between the office and production, supporting both production and management.
Skills & Experience:
- Understanding and management of HSEQ ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, ISO14001:2015
- Efficient communication across all levels of the organisation, both internally and externally
- Qualified welding supervisor or inspection (desirable)
Responsibilities:
- Management of and responsibility for HSEQ System compliance.
- Supporting projects with inspection and quality documentation.
- Management of welding activities, including development of WPS, welder qualifications, inspections, technical support, and arrangement of NDE requirements.
- Management of MDR / OQE reports for delivery.
- Monitor the final inspection process and ensure that records are correctly maintained.
- Initiate corrective and preventive action as appropriate.
- Take initiative for ongoing improvement to support the growth of the business.
- Must work as part of cohesive teams to manage all activities across projects, as well as the organisation.
